Screenshot Shelf helps you work with screenshots already on your Mac. These terms explain the license, the beta, and the responsibilities on both sides.
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Lumany LLC, the developer of Screenshot Shelf. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License
Lumany LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Screenshot Shelf on Macs you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store or channel where you obtained it.
Beta software
The current build is prerelease software. Features may change, and occasional errors or interruptions are possible. Keep backups of files that matter to you.
Your files and choices
You retain ownership of your screenshots. The app acts on files only through the folder access and commands you provide, including moving a selected screenshot to Trash.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to defeat licensing or security controls, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Ownership
Screenshot Shelf, its website, visual design, software, and related intellectual property belong to Lumany LLC. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.
Availability and warranties
The app is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumany LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Changes
Lumany LLC may update the app or these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
