Free beta
The current Screenshot Shelf beta is free. It does not collect payment information, so there is no charge to refund.
Future direct purchases
If a paid direct-download edition is offered through this website, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase unless a longer period is shown at checkout. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Mac App Store purchases
Apple processes payments and refund requests for purchases made through the Mac App Store. Those requests are governed by Apple’s policies and must be submitted to Apple.
How to ask
For a direct purchase, email hello@lumany.co with the purchase email and order number. Lumany LLC will acknowledge the request and provide the next step.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
