Screenshot Shelf is designed to process screenshot files on the Mac where they were created. The product works without an account, advertising, or screenshot uploads.
App data
The Screenshot Shelf app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party data collection SDKs.
Beta download email
When you voluntarily enter an email address on this website, Lumany LLC stores it to provide beta access and essential release information. It is not sold or shared for third-party advertising, and you may request deletion at any time.
Screenshot access
The app accesses only the folder you explicitly select through the macOS folder picker. That access is used to display, search, organize, copy, drag, reveal, and delete screenshot files at your direction.
On-device processing
Text recognition, visual indexing, search ranking, thumbnails, pins, shelf state, and review metadata are processed and stored locally on your Mac. Screenshot content is not uploaded to Lumany LLC or any third party.
Retention and deletion
Local screenshot metadata remains on your Mac until the app is removed or its application data is deleted. Beta access emails are kept while the beta is active or until you ask Lumany LLC to delete yours. Moving a screenshot to Trash occurs only after your command.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the relevant release.
